Meet The Women Professionals
Phenise Poole
Phenise's areas of responsibility and management include strategic and Bank operations, labor and employment law, and legal operations. She provides strategic advice and counsel to executives and senior management. She manages legal services related to enterprise-wide workplace services (corporate real estate, project/construction management and physical security). She manages legal services for enterprise-wide supplier sourcing and contracting. She serves as a resource to internal clients in all aspects of employment law matters and legal matters relating to Fifth Third Bank.
Norkeisha Kenner
Norkeisha is the associate director of clinical data management at Mirati Therapeutics. She received her Masters of Science with a specialty in Clinical and Industrial Drug Development from the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy. Norkeisha has experience in multiple areas of the clinical trials process.
Lindsay Gerdes
Lindsay Gerdes is Co-Chair of Dinsmore’s White Collar Defense & Government Investigations practice group. Lindsay primarily represents companies and individuals across the country facing government enforcement investigations. Prior to returning to her hometown of Cincinnati and joining Dinsmore, Lindsay was a federal and state prosecutor in New York for nearly 15 years, at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

Alanna Remy
​​Alanna Remy is a clinical research professional at PPD, a company that is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. She received her Professional Certificate in Clinical Research and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati. Alanna has previous experience in the hospital setting as a clinical research coordinator where she was able to develop patient-based skills while specializing in recruitment. Now, she has transitioned over to the CRO (Contract Research Organization) world and is working in a client-based position.

Dr. Tia Patterson is a senior manager and adjunct faculty member in clinical operations at BeiGene. BeiGene is a global, science-driven biotechnology company focused on developing innovative and affordable medicines to improve treatment.

Elizabeth Haley
​​​Elizabeth is a Fortune 10 healthcare executive with extensive senior-level experience leading a best-in-class compliance organization. She began her career at an international law firm and transitioned to in-house legal counsel before joining CVS Health. Elizabeth is responsible for setting strategic direction and implementing the enterprise core compliance including oversight of the ethics hotline, compliance training and Code of Conduct development.
Veronica Schlegel
Veronica Schlegel is the Founder and President of Strategic Impact Consultants LLC where she provides business & strategy consulting services for mission-driven organizations to help them maximize their impact and ensure sustainability for the long-term. Prior to that, she had a 20+ year career at Johnson & Johnson where she gained diverse experience with leadership roles across global public health, strategy, marketing, finance, and engineering.
Tiffany Forde
Tiffany is an associate director and clinical research lead at Eli Lilly and Company. She received her Master's degree in Pharmacology from the University of Cincinnati and her Bachelor of Science from Oakwood University. Tiffany has 12 years of experience in clinical research and clinical trials.
Kasha Wiley
Kasha is a clinical project manager at Novartis, an innovative medicines company. She has 10+ years of experience in clinical research and combined experience with education, training, and community health.
Amanda Kitzberger
Amanda Kitzberger is currently the Chief Legal Officer at TheHillman Group, providing leadership to the Legal and Compliance team and championing Hillman’s ESG journey across the organization. Amanda was previously VP of Human Resources for Hillman. Amanda is a professional with expertise in corporate administration including law, compliance, and human resources at various global technology
manufacturing companies including The Hillman Group (Nasdaq: HLMN), Clopay
Plastic Products (now part of Berry Global), and GOJO Industries. Amanda has a
passion for doing business well, and has provided a focus on Environmental,
Social, and Governance issues.
Dr. Elizabeth Dallman
Dr. Elizabeth Dallman is the owner of AP Real Estate, LLC and is involved leasing, designing, and delivering customized medical and laboratory space for her tenants. Her background is in medicine, having attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completing a three year residency in Internal Medicine at the University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was in private practice for approximately two years before pivoting away from clinical medicine to open and operate a dermatology practice for her spouse. She functioned as the head administrator and CFO of The Dermatology Group for twelve years.
Victoria Mills
Victoria Mills is a real estate agent at K & V Elite Realty Partners. Victoria received her MBA with a focus in business management and has 12 years of experience as an accounting manager. Her defined client approach is based on integrity, promotes an exceptional customer experience, and is grounded in empathy.

Takiyah Cunningham
Takiyah is employed with The Hillman Group as the Director of Talent and Employee Engagement. In this role, Takiyah is responsible for Talent Acquistion, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work.
Takiyah has previously worked as Corporate HR Manager of Diversity Programs and Partnerships for Cintas Corporation where she was responsible for D&I strategy and execution for 48,000 employee partners.
Tracy Vroom
Tracy Vroom is a community advocate, labor and employment lawyer, and writer. Through her consulting company, she guides businesses through some of the toughest HR and legal challenges, covering everything from EEO to wage and hour, pay equity, safety, compliance, training, investigations, and litigation.
Shwetha Pai
With over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations, Shwetha is a seasoned CFO who works with growth-stage private equity portfolio companies to maximize their potential and capture market opportunities. Shwetha leverages her diverse expertise across industries and domains, such as consumer products, manufacturing, data analytics, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and healthcare, to shape the financial strategy and operations of the company.
